Thank you for stopping by! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate, supervised by Grady Yarbrough, Jr, LPC-S in the state of Texas. I received my Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M- San Antonio.

I have a special interest in working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and interpersonal boundaries. I believe counseling is most effective when the client is ready and willing to participate in the hard work it takes to change old habits of thinking and behaving, and it is my honor to provide the framework and support you need to be successful.

I love Jesus with my whole heart, and am also respectful of those with different religious and spiritual views. I have a loving husband and I am a mom of 6 beautiful kids. I love all things creative (photography, singing, crafting, etc), and believe creativity is a fantastic therapeutic tool.
